Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-05-22

1. What we observe

SXTNT is a non-custodial protocol. When you connect a Solana wallet, we observe your public wallet address and the on-chain transactions you sign. We do not request, store, or transmit your private keys, seed phrases, or any signing material. All proof submissions occur via wallet-signed requests directly to the SXTNT backend.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, biometric data, or any personally identifiable information beyond the public wallet address. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or session-recording tools on the site.

3. Cookies and local storage

The site uses functional browser storage only — wallet connection state and an audio-unlock flag for the background score. We do not set tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage will fully reset the site state.

4. On-chain transparency

Activity on the Solana blockchain — wallet addresses, fold-job submissions, accumulator updates, and verifier outcomes — is publicly visible on-chain by design. Treat your wallet address as pseudonymous public information.

5. GDPR and CCPA

Because SXTNT processes only public blockchain addresses and signed transactions, the personal-data categories enumerated under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act do not apply to our operation. Disconnect your wallet at any time to end the session.

6. Third-party endpoints

The site relies on public Solana RPC endpoints to read on-chain state. Those endpoint operators may log request metadata under their own policies. We do not transmit any PII to those endpoints.

7. Changes and contact

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For questions, open a Security advisory or issue on the public SXTNT GitHub repository.
